I do this through Private Coaching and also, through Individual Sessions (Soul Sessions and Empowerment Sessions).

“Empower U” Private Coaching
Individual 1-on-1 coaching for divorced individuals or those who have experienced major relationship transitions. This coaching program empowers you to create your life with more clarity, connection, and confidence. Together with our Spiritual Support Teams, you are guided to heal your heart, reconnect with your True Self, shift hidden blocks holding you back, and fully step into your most amazing life.
Private coaching is personalized to meet your unique needs and desires to bring about the highest outcomes in all areas important to you: financial freedom, physical wellbeing, finding love again, healing relationships (with your children/ex/loved-ones/yourself), being excited about your life again, etc.

Soul Entrainment® Session
During a Soul Session, you get to have a 2-way conversation with your soul (a.k.a. Higher Self or spirit). You can ask your soul any questions you have and receive its insights, clarity, love, and healing.
You can also connect with and talk to the soul of anyone in your life (a partner or ex, your children or anyone you care about) to receive answers, understanding, and healing.
What is Soul Entrainment®?
Soul Entrainment® is a technique that uses relaxation to access higher levels of consciousness where individuals can easily connect to their soul where answers are revealed.
Your Soul knows everything about your past, present, and future. It is your divine essence, your eternal self and it holds all the answers. It is unconditional love and knows what is for your highest and best. It chose your parents, the key people in your life, your challenges, life lessons, and life purpose.
Connecting with your soul through Soul Entrainment can help you:
- Get unstuck, release fears, blocks, and limiting patterns
- Gain insight into your future and what steps to take towards what is best for you
- Heal the past, transform the present, and shift the future
- Heal and receive guidance about relationship issues, health, career, and life purpose

Soul Sessions are 2 hours and held over Zoom video conference.
Empowerment Session (Reading) with Your Team
Gain clarity about anything in your life, discover what is limiting you from creating what you want and how to create it.
An Empowerment Session with Your Team (a.k.a. Angel Reading) gives you an opportunity to connect with your Spiritual Support Team (your angels, guides, and Higher Self) and ask them questions to gain clarity and a higher perspective about anything going on in your life (your divorce, relationships, your children, finances, etc.).
During your 1-hour session, you receive messages from your Team, as well as, healing, activations, shift limiting patterns, and whatever your Team guides us towards that will serve you in the highest.
